A guide to first-time fundraising

Universiteit Maastricht and House of Startups Luxembourg are launching: "Be ready for your first fundraising campaign!"

Are you planning your first funding round as a startup? Would you like to gain further experience and insights on shareholder and investment agreements?

We offer a free spot for a Luxembourgish startup in an educational online simulation game concerning a shareholder agreement's negotiation for startups. This event is part of Universiteit Maastricht's “European Corporate Finance Law Excellence Course”. This one-week online simulation game will take place from 4 to 10 April 2022.

Participation is free of charge!

Full confidentiality as to all the startup's information and fundraising plans is ensured by a non-disclosure agreement signed by all the simulation game participants.
