Are you planning your first #funding round as a #startup❓ Would you like to gain further #experience and #insights on shareholder and investment agreements❓

We offer a 🆓 spot for a Luxembourgish #startup in an educational online simulation game concerning a shareholder agreement's negotiation for #startups. This event is part of Erasmus University Rotterdam’s "European Corporate Finance Law Excellence Course”.

This one-week online simulation game will take place from 11 to 16 April 2023. Participation is 🆓 of charge❗️ Full confidentiality as to all the startup's information and fundraising plans is ensured by a non-disclosure agreement signed by all the simulation game participants.

❗Criteria for participation:

• Being a startup incorporated in Luxembourg;
• Not having participated in a fundraising round before;
• Having foreseen a timely fundraising round in 2023 or beginning 2024;
• Providing all the information and being fluent in English.

❗Registrations must be sent to ecfl@law.eur.nl including a 👉Description of the startup and its upcoming fundraising round; 👉CVs of the founder(s); 👉Motivation letter explaining why the startup would like to participate in the simulation. #Luxembourg #startupecosystem #startup #startups #fundraising
