EmailTree AI has raised €2.5 million in a new round of funding

Luxembourg-based startup EmailTree announced last week a €2.5 million fundraising. The funds will used to develop sales and marketing activities and support the improvement of their hyperautomation solution.

“This is a great start to the new year to announce the closing of an important funding round for EmailTree AI”, said EmailTree’s Founder and CEO, Casius Morea.

EmailTree AI will use  €2.5 million to develop a whole range of innovative new features this year such as voice-to-text, covering instant messaging and social media platforms. 

New recruit from Gartner

The startup just hired Cristina Von Mayer, former Trusted IT Advisor- Client Executive Director at Gartner, as Chief Revenue Officer.

“We needed her when it counted most, to accelerate our mission to automate customer service end-to-end and improve customer experience,” he added.

EmailTree has developed an AI-based solution that automates repetitive tasks, improving the customer experience by speeding up the average response time, including via emails, and, in real time.
