In the age of short videos and snack content, we decided to step back and take the time to talk to experienced founders from our ecosystem, focusing on the specific stage when they had to make important decisions to take their start-ups to the international scaling phase.

So, sit back, grab a coffee and take the time to listen.

Scale talks with… Jessica Berner Egen, Managing Director of SportMed.

Jessica tells us about growing a family business. She started as a translator and commercial assistant in a small healthtech provider based in Germany and became co-founder & CEO of an international company that is today headquartered in Luxembourg. The company’s software platform mobee 360 is successfully targeting preventative healthcare providers not only in Europe, but also in Asia. And its expansion is still in its first stages. Relocating a start-up with its core team, welcoming VCs in a late stage and expanding in parallel in Europe and Asia are some of the topics that she covers.
